SRS Rules
Be sure to review these before picking up your prizes
You must be a registered undergraduate or graduate student at LMU with a valid LMU ID to participate.
Students must present their student ID card at each event to receive credit. Fans who forget their cards will not receive points for that event. No exceptions. Pictures of a student ID card are not accepted.
Points can be earned at any LMU home game. Double headers will count as individual games and you get points for each game attended, but you must re-swipe at the beginning of the second game to earn those points.
Participants may only swipe their cards. They cannot swipe more than once per event or swipe for other people. The only time two swipes are allowed at a location is for a doubleheader, once at the beginning of the first game and again at the beginning of the second game. Failure to swipe in for the second game means points will only be awarded for the first game.
In the event that there is a problem with the scanner at the game, the participant's information will be collected and will be manually added to the system. A valid ID is still required to be shown.
Students who are competing, participating or working an athletic event (i.e. student-athletes for that sport, band members, athletic training, cheerleading, etc.) are ineligible to receive points for that particular event.
Participants can check their point balance on the points roster by clicking on the Student Rewards tab at abesarmylmu.com.
Points will be updated on a weekly basis (Monday's usually). Prizes may be redeemed for the current posted point total ONLY. You may have to wait until the next point update to receive your desired prize.
Once a student accumulates enough points to qualify for a specific prize tier, he or she may come to the athletic offices located in Tex Turner Arena to redeem their points for the prize. Points may be redeemed on Thursday’s ONLY from 12 – 4 p.m. in TTA Suite 103.
Students must show their student ID to athletic department staff and sign off on the point roster sheet to claim their prize.
Students may only redeem THEIR points. No group pick up or redeeming prizes for other students. All prizes will be awarded on a "first-come, first-serve" basis, as supplies last.
Lincoln Memorial University Athletics reserves the right to modify this program as needed at any time.
